Vida Event Staffing needed a way to manage Brand Ambassador schedules while providing clients the ability to request events, and generate reports.
The Challenge
Vida was running their staffing operations off a shared Google Sheets workbook. There was no data validation, making schedules unreliable and administrative work manual and error-prone. They had hundreds of Brand Ambassadors, clients, and accounts to manage, plus no system for payroll or invoice tracking.
The Solution
We designed and built a custom web-based staffing platform that replaced spreadsheets with a single, reliable system. The application centralizes brand ambassadors, clients, and events, enforces data validation, and automates scheduling workflows with reminders to reduce missed shifts. Payroll and invoicing were integrated directly into the platform, eliminating manual reconciliation and giving Vida clear visibility into staffing costs, payments, and client billing in one place.
